"BGG successfully completed some complicated repairs in a finished/lived-in UES townhouse. They added missing a/c drip pans (and made all the repairs including demolition, sheetrock, tile repair, painting) helped determine the cause of a stream of water on the cellar slab floor and fix it (with the help of the DEP), fixed an incorrectly installed shower body, fixed several pocket door malfunctions, changed stair tile finishes & misc. Communication was very important and was very effective by all. This worked got complicated and involved a lot of trades and discovery – all being done in a finished lived-in townhouse that needed full protection and respect for the owners! The work was completed successfully, with a high level of craftsmanship, on budget, on schedule, and with great communications. We have recommended BGG for further work on the exterior renovation of this Landmarks District townhouse and we have recommended BGG for another project from our office of a major renovation of a downtown loft."
